INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR CONTACT PURPOSES (CONTACT FORM)

provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ EU L 2016.119.1 (hereinafter: GDPR”)

  1. The controller of personal data is Łukasz Sabat, conducting business activity under the name Łukasz Sabat Law Firm at ul. Grzybowska 87, 00-844 Warsaw, with Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6572806109 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or Sabat&Associates“).

  2. In matters related to the processing of personal data by the Controller, you can contact us by e-mail at: office@sabat.com.pl or by post at the address of our registered office.

  3. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

    1. to contact you and answer your question or provide any expected information in connection with your enquiry via the contact form, due to our legitimate interest in providing interested parties with the opportunity to contact us conveniently, in the form they wish, to communicate at any time with a person who sends us an enquiry or request related to our business activities (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

    2. archiving documentation and communications, including correspondence generated by the Controller in the course of its business activities, due to its legitimate interest, which is the necessity to document evidence of its activities, inter alia, in accordance with applicable regulations, and to use the archived material for the purpose of investigating, determining or defending against claims (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

  4. Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with Sabat&Associates on the basis of concluded agreements. In particular, the data may be made available to entities that provide marketing support services (e.g. newsletters) to the Controller, entities providing IT support services to Sabat&Associates, including IT support, including IT system maintenance and servicing, data hosting and cloud services, e-mail service providers, and consulting companies with which Sabat&Associates cooperates. In addition, personal data may be transferred to public authorities or entities authorised to obtain data on the basis of applicable law.

  5. As a rule, your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (i.e. a country that is not a member of the European Economic Area, hereinafter referred to as the “EEA”).   6. Personal data will be processed for the above-mentioned contact purpose until the matter is resolved or an effective objection to such processing is lodged, whichever occurs first. To the extent necessary, personal data may be stored for archiving purposes for 12 months from the end of the calendar year in which the contact took place.

  7. Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary. Failure to provide data will prevent you from using the contact form.

  8. The data processed will not be subject to profiling, and no automated decisions will be made regarding the data subjects.

  9. In connection with the processing of data for contact purposes, you have the right to access your personal data; the right to rectify it; the right to request the deletion of personal data; the right to request the restriction of processing and the transfer of data. You have the right to object to the processing of data for the above-mentioned purposes.
