Sabat & Associates represented an IT service provider in a multi-stage dispute with a public contracting authority, involving contract performance, court proceedings and mediation.
The subject of the dispute was a claim for damages related to a change in the scope of services provided. The arguments presented by the Law Firm, both as to the validity of the claims and the amount of damages, were fully confirmed by the arbitration court.
As a result, the public investor entered into a settlement under which the contractor was paid nearly PLN 7,500,000.00 as compensation for the costs incurred. The settlement negotiations were conducted by Łukasz Sabat, attorney-at-law.
